Next, for a new macro, tap the + button at the bottom of the middle column and create a name for it. The tutorial that appears when you first use KM walks you through the steps to create that first macro. You can create macros that work only in specific applications in which case you might want to list it in a different group. The global macro group means that the macro is always ready to be activated.
To create a new macro, you must first decide on which group it will best fit in. The right column contains a description of the selected macro. The middle column contains the various macros you have created for each group. In the left-hand column, you have the list of all your Groups. The window that appears is composed of three columns. I have found the most common time-waster on the computer is having to search for a file or an application. If our work requires the use of a computer, we are even more tied up in the correct functioning of this machine. After all, we can now bank and shop right from home. And properly set up, they do improve how we do things. Computers for the most part are around to help us and make life a little easier.
